| I don't know what it is, but there's something special about friendship. This summer has been amazing, though it started off a little rough with summer school. Probably the best summer I've yet to have. I'll miss those people who attend school outside of Toronto much. GOOD LUCK IN SCHOOL BOYS AND GIRLS. Come back to visit and we'll have excellent times again. DES, our bday party is going to be grand, SO grand they'll be talking about it for years to come, so let december come!

| | You scored as Maximus. After his family was murdered by the evil emperor Commodus, the great Roman general Maximus went into hiding to avoid Commodus's assassins. He became a gladiator, hoping to dominate the colosseum in order to one day get the chance of killing Commodus. Maximus is valiant, courageous, and dedicated. He wants nothing more than the chance to avenge his family, but his temper often gets the better of him.

| It was the first day of work today. I recently joined the ranks of hundreds of surveyors at a sleezy call center called Forum Research. Its located just north of U of T and when I first saw the address I thought to myself, boy this would be such a fancy place to work. And boy was I wrong. The building is the worst of its kind in the area, all the other buildings are beautiful and glorious in their height and shinyness (for lack of better words), as you can imagine its right one Yorkville. But this building is not only not shiny, but dull, it's entrance looks like its been abandoned and the elevators rarely arrive on time. Aside from the scrubby aesthetics of the building's exterior and interior the work place is rather friendly. There is no formal dress code and the people are very willing to help. You get various types of people working at a place like this, from old to young to well-off and poor. But I guess thats what makes this place pretty cool, you meet new people everyday because you're given a new random seat everyday. The job hours are flexible as you can book them in advance and cancel in advance too. Only downfall is that I have to subway/bus for an hour to and from, so two hours are wasted everyday, just like school :(. What I like most is that I get to make up names as I introduce myself to people over the phone, I started with Alfonso today :). You get the weirdest responses from people, and especially from western Canada. I was auto-dailing to BC today and most of the people that pick up are women and they tell me that there are no adult men in the house. Weird eh? Either there are a lot of single women in western Canada or they are all lairs. I'm hoping its the former :), just kidding. Anyways, more stories from work later. Out.

| I haven't posted here in ages. Hey everybody. You know, this summer is probably my worst summer ever. Friends are great and I enjoy their company and the fun times we share, but so many bad things have happend this summer to myself and the people around me that really cramps down on it. I guess I feel worse when the bad things happen to the people around me and I can't do anything to help it than when bad things happen to myself. I just hope this summer gets better. | | |
